The SatayeRiff is the home of the Spinner Dolphins, which you can swim and play with. Youcan reach the Riff via a 2-day boat excursion.

The Reef

The Reef isthe shape of a boomerang, more than 6km in length. It is southeast of the FuryShoal Reefs, and due to the boomerang shape, it offers many snorkeling sites.

Boat excursion

The SatayaRiff can be accessed via boat. The preferred trip lasts two days. It begins bypicking the individual up from the hotel, driving about 2 hours to the boat andthen another 1 hour on board before the riff has been reached. Here the diversand snorkelers are given the first opportunity to enjoy the underwater world.After a lunch break, a second chance is given. At night dinner is consumed onboard along with the crew and other travelers. The very next morning a thirdopportunity is given before the boat heads back to the mainland.

Whenexperiencing this, you can not only swim but also play with Dolphins.Additionally, you can look at the coral reefs and the other underwatercreatures.

Climate

The averagetemperature from October to March lies between 18 and 35 Celsius and from Aprilto September between 20 and 45 Celsius. The water has a pleasant temperature of22 to 29 Celsius.
