Schönbrunn Zoo also known as Vienna Zoo or Tiergarten Schönbrunn is the zoo in grounds of Schönbrunn Palace.

Schönbrunn Zoo - the oldest zoo in the world
It was founded as an imperial menagerie in 1752 and has continued to develop since then. Today it is seen as a scientific center for species conservation. It operates like a normal zoo and you can visit the animals but as many of th buildings are built in the baroque style of Versailles it is not just like evry other zoo but a more royal affair.
