Description
The playhouse, the principal venue of the state theatre, was built from 1911-13 in a Dresden neo-baroque style with art-nouveau elements, destroyed in 1945 and reopened in 1948. Its repertoire features both classical and modern plays.
Theatre with a great tradition.
The venue "Das Kleine Haus" has been a pub, a ballroom, a church - and ultimately a theatre.
