Swan River is a must see on a Perth visit. Actually you can't miss it as it flows past the city.
There is a beautiful footpath which you can follow along the shore and watch the fish, pelicans and boats as they sail past.
There is also an exercise park somewhere along the path if you turn left when coming out of Perth. Here you can do your morning sport while watching the river flow by. Totally free - an adults playground! Read more
