We discoverd Kipos Taverna in 2010 and ate there many times. This year the food is even better with a lovely selection of specials each day as well as the menu. It is family run and the owners are very friendly. My kids are still talking about the lamb and potatoes cooked in the oven. The atmosphere is friendly and you do end up chatting with other customers. All in all, highly recommended. Read more

on holiday in the kamilari area, we came accross this lovely taverna. a warm welcome from the owners sue and manos. lovely home cooked food. good wine and chilled beers.sit outside in the garden or under the gazebo. went out there again this january [2011] for a friends birthday and went back to the kipos. this time we ate indoors and sat by a lovely real fire. slightly shorter menu during the winter but still plenty of choice. cant recommend it enough and am looking forward to our next visit hopefully next september. enjoy Read more
