General description: Templo de Debod

The Temple de Debod, in honour of the Gods Amun and Isis is the oldest building in Madrid. The Egyptian government presented the temple to Spain as a gift in recognition of the help provided by Spanish archaeologists in saving Abu Simbel during the construction of the Aswan dam.

The best place to watch the sun set in Madrid.
