Xcarat Park is an eco-archeological park covering 12 acres of the Mayan Riveria in Quintana Roo. Eco-tourism is at the heart of the park's ethos. Xcarat means "small cove" in the Mayan language.
 
Xcarat recreational park
The Xcarat Park is based around the ruins of the Mayan settlement of Pole. It was established to create and promote a respectful relationship with nature, our natural environment and the cultural heritage of Mexico. The eco-archeological park is a combination of Xcaret Park, Exhibitions, Culture and Nature. Through this project they hope to give back the value and meaning to the world that we live in.
