We have had a disappointing experience trying to book a holiday directly through Camping Bungalow Bella Italia. We were puzzled as to why we could not book directly over the telephone or internet using a credit card. Having spent 4 weeks messing about via e-mail, we eventually received postal confirmation of a mobile home. However, there was a request to submit a 200 Euro deposit via a Western Union transfer or Bankers Draft. On trying to use the Western Union transfer, we were told that the recipient was flagged up as someone who had been dealing in fraudulent travel tickets. So we have now booked an ATOL protected holiday through a known company.

I am really not surprised by your experience as it is always advisable to book from reputed companies that are there for long time and have earned good name in the business. These can be bit expensive than others but you will not be scamed and your hard earned money is not stolen from you.

You need to be very careful while booking online. Anyways you have been saved. Just check out online for various villa rental and go for the best.
