Does anyone know about the Kidnappings. It used to be quite dangerous, I know someone who got kidnapped and luckily released after his family payed the ransom. Has the situation cooled down, stayed
the same or worsened.. What should you watch out for?
The poor long for riches
The rich long for wisdome
But the wise desire only tranquility
