NUEVA ESPARTA - ISLA COCHE, VENEZUELA

I\'m trying to book Hotel Punta Blanca on Isla Coche (off Isla Margarita) and having no success. The agencies that deal with this hotel are charging room rates that are far above what the hotel itself is listing. My travel agent was unable to reach them by phone or email and even one of the overpriced agencies has not been able to get a response from them. Has anyone been able to book this hotel and if so, how?
