traveling to Brazil

hi everyone.
i need some help please.
i'm traveling to Brazil with my boyfriend in a few weeks. the problem is that i'm a bit of a hypochondriac. i feel a deep need to be in a region which is very safe, health wise, medically and security too.
we'll be putting up in a hotel in Pernambuco and i tried researching the area over the net for a list of doctors, hospitals or clinics. but the only thing i came up with was this pharmacy directory http://www.drugdelivery.ca/xx-BR-30-A-xx/Pernambuco-Pharmacy.aspx. it does help, but i'd like to know about the doctors or hospitals please.
can anyone please help me?

Hi turtle,

wow, that`s cool. You know what? You never find a place where everything is as you wish it to be. But you should not be worried that much. I was in Brazil two years ago and it is such a wonderful country and especially the people are great and friendly. Before the trip I wend to an Institute of health just to know which vaccination is necessary. Whilst I stayed in Brazil, I never had a problem. A friend of mine studied there and he went to hospital to get the vaccinations there. You see...?

Do you speak Portuguese? If yes here is a homepage for you
http://www.saude.pe.gov.br/ where you can find the hospitals in the state of Pernambuco (around Recife).
